Brisbane has two listed schools. Creative Edge Training runs a Certificate III in Barbering, the standard vocational qualification in Queensland, and Brisbane School of Hairdressing offers the same certificate route alongside shorter workshop courses for anyone who wants to try the trade before committing to a full qualification. Together they give Queensland’s capital a reasonably complete way into barbering, from a first short course through to a recognised certificate.
