Bucharest

Bucharest has four listed schools, more than any other Romanian city here. House of Barbers Academy and Bravory Academy both teach a certificate level curs de frizerie, Paul Mitchell Academy, part of the international Paul Mitchell brand, adds short course training to its own certificate offering, and a fourth school rounds out the choice. That concentration makes Bucharest one of the better served capitals in this part of Europe.
