Chisinau

Chisinau, Moldova’s capital and its only listed city, has four schools, more than most capitals of similar size on this list. Centrul de Instruire I.P. OATUCL teaches a certificate level frizer course, Crazy Monkey Barber School and Barber Mastery both run beginner level training, the latter a one to one course with an individual instructor rather than a classroom setting, and a fourth school adds still more choice.
