Dublin carries by far the most listed barbering education in Ireland, with ten schools between them covering every level from beginner through to specialist short courses. Hartstown Community School and Knight’s School of Barbering both teach across beginner, certificate and advanced levels, while The Hair & Beauty Co runs its American Crew Academy programme through intermediate and short course training. With this many schools clustered in one city, Dublin functions as Ireland’s clear training centre, the way London does for the UK or Melbourne does for Australia.
