Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital and its only listed city, has two schools. Mic Styling, a Paul Mitchell school, runs a short course brivec, barber, programme, while International Barber University offers both a certificate and a full degree level qualification, one of relatively few university level barbering routes anywhere on this list.
