The CAP Métiers de la Coiffure runs six to twelve months and leads to a CAP d’État; the BP Coiffure adds twelve months and leads to a BP d’État; and above those sit specialisation modules of three to six months, one of which is modern barbering. So barbering here is a specialisation on top of a real qualification rather than a standalone short course. Practical work takes place in a school salon open to the public, and job-placement support is offered.A note on this listTwo entries were removed, both genuine Casablanca beauty schools with no barbering course anywhere in their programmes. Neither offers barbier or coiffure homme. In Morocco the credential to ask for is state approval with a named CAP or BP, and only one provider here has it.
