Pelt

Pelt, a smaller Belgian town near the Dutch border, is home to Pivot Point Academy, part of the international Pivot Point training brand. Its barbier course spans short workshops through to certificate and advanced level training, giving a town far smaller than Antwerp or Bruges a surprisingly complete offering.
