Tallinn

Tallinn, Estonia’s capital and its only listed city, has two schools. Iluteeninduskool runs a beginner level barber course, while SMK Ilukoolituskeskus covers both certificate and advanced training, so between them a student could start from scratch and progress to a more advanced qualification without leaving the city.
