Artisans Academy runs its barbering programme under the Lisbon Barber School name from Rua Visconde de Santarém in the Arroios district of Lisbon, operating as a registered brand of Grupo Global Beauty. It offers the Curso Certificado de Barbeiro Profissional at beginner and advanced levels, in person and online.

Advertised terms are 135 hours at 190 euros a month over ten instalments, running year-round, with timetables of Monday to Thursday mornings from 10:00 to 13:00 or Monday to Wednesday afternoons from 14:00 to 17:00, confirmed at enrolment. Training is practical, working on real models, with a professional work placement included and entrepreneurship support for graduates opening their own shop. The school states DGERT certification with certificates issued through the SIGO platform and recorded in the Passaporte de Competências. One important correction: the academy’s old artisansacademy.pt domain no longer resolves at all, so any link to it is dead. On Portuguese credentials: the meaningful mark is DGERT certification of the training body, with the certificate then registered on the SIGO platform and, at best, built from Catálogo Nacional de Qualificações module codes. All four Portuguese providers here claim DGERT, but none publishes a certification number, so every one of those claims is self-asserted, ask for the number.
