Barber Academy – Les Garçons Barbiers

Barber Academy is the training arm of Les Garçons Barbiers, an established Paris barbershop group that currently runs seven shops across the city. Training is organised as five standalone one-day modules of seven hours each, which suits working stylists adding barbering skills piece by piece.

The modules are beard trimming, traditional shaving, men’s cutting and styling, clipper fading at an advanced level covering high, low and skin fades and tapers, and retro styling, also advanced. Each day follows a fixed structure: two hours of welcome, theory and tooling; an hour for lunch; an hour and a half of trainer demonstration; two and a half hours of supervised hands-on work; and an hour of debrief, running from 10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00. Two things to weigh. No prices and no session dates are published anywhere, so everything is by enquiry. And the academy holds no Qualiopi certification, no RNCP registration and no CPF eligibility, its own funding page refers only to employer payment, which is consistent with that. The parent business is unambiguously active, but the academy site itself has not been updated in some years, so confirm the current teaching location when you enquire.
