Biondo Barbería Academia

Biondo is a Barcelona barbershop trading since May 2016 that runs an academy on the same premises on Carrer de Balmes. Its flagship programme is a six-month Inicial course of 308 hours across 77 classes, split roughly 30 per cent theory to 70 per cent practice, running Monday to Thursday in either a morning or an afternoon shift, with a maximum of seven students per course and rolling start dates.

Shorter formats are also offered: a two-month Básico and a two-month Fundamento, each two classes a week of two hours; a three-month Completo on the same rhythm; a one-month Colorimetría course of eight classes; and a four-month Premium with personalised mentoring. Financing is available and the academy operates a job pool. Course prices are not published on the site. The euro figures shown there are barbershop service prices, not tuition. Biondo is candid about certification, describing its award as a professional certificate from the academy and stating explicitly that it is not an official qualification.
