Boise Barber College a d.MARTiN Academy

Boise Barber College, a d.MARTiN Academy, is located on West Overland Road in Boise, Idaho. The school describes itself as a barbering-only institution rather than a combined cosmetology program, and offers barber, barber-stylist and instructor tracks. The entry-level barber program is 900 clock hours and can be completed in as few as seven months depending on schedule. Full-time students attend Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., while part-time students attend 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a three-day-per-week option available after the first four weeks.

Coursework covers clipper and shear cutting, straight razor shaving and sanitation, along with business and client development.
