Brutal Barber runs a dedicated training arm alongside its two Vilnius barbershops on Gedimino prospektas and Konstitucijos prospektas, with its own training contacts and social channels separate from the shops.

Five courses are offered. Barberis nuo nulio is the full beginner programme, described as theory plus a great deal of practice for people wanting to enter the trade. Three upskilling courses cover fades, fundamentals, choosing the form and analysing cutting methods; the different basic cut forms, their characteristics and correct selection; and beard modelling and toning with face correction. A fifth covers client service and building long-term client relationships, which is a more commercially minded inclusion than most. The named instructor is a competition finalist with international training. We would rather be straight about the gap here: the site publishes no durations, no prices, no start dates and no information about what certificate, if any, is issued. Everything practical needs establishing by direct enquiry before you commit.

One point applies across all five Lithuanian providers here: none of them appears in the state register of vocational training programmes, and none is funded through the employment service. Every certificate in this market is the academy’s own. That is not unusual for barbering in Lithuania, the trade is entered through private training and shop-floor experience, but it does mean you should judge these on the teaching and the price rather than on any implied official standing.
