Drevo Znaniy – Barber course, Minsk

This is the strongest credential in the Belarusian market and one of only two in this entire round that issues a genuinely state-recognised document. Drevo Znaniy is a registered training company operating since 2012, and it issues a certificate of the state-established form under the Belarusian Education Code, citing the specific legal articles openly on its documents page.

The barber course runs 60 academic hours over one to one and a half months, two to three sessions a week. Evening and weekend groups cost 1,090 roubles; morning groups cost 1,490. Timetables are 09:00 to 12:00 for mornings, 18:00 to 21:00 for evenings, plus weekend options. The state certificate is issued free of charge, as is an English-language certificate, useful if you intend to work abroad, with a bound Russian or Belarusian version available for a small fee.

Teaching is at Independence Avenue in central Minsk. One thing to understand about the provider: it is a multi-subject, multi-city training centre running everything from barista courses to hairdressing, with sister operations in Gomel and Baranovichi. The barber course is a distinct programme rather than a repackaged hairdressing one, but this is a general training company rather than a barbering specialist.
