A location correction worth making carefully: El Anaka is in Sfax, not Tunis. The confusion is understandable, its address is on the Route de Tunis, but the centre is 270 kilometres from the capital.

Its men’s hairdressing programme runs one year and the published competency list is detailed: beard shaping and trimming technique, current creative hairdressing trends, standard men’s technique including washing and the various cuts, use of hair care products, drying and styling technique, tool technology, workstation preparation, client reception, hygiene standards and client consultation.

On the credential the centre is refreshingly direct, stating plainly that the award is an internal diploma, not a state CAP. That honesty is worth noting in a market where several competitors imply state approval they do not evidence. If you want the recognised qualification, the CAP route is the one to ask about; if you want a year of structured training and are clear about what you leave with, this is a legitimate option.
