Hair For Men is a long-running Maltese barbershop in Mosta, and its academy is barbering-specific throughout rather than a module inside a beauty school. A location correction: it is in Mosta, not Valletta, with a further branch in Fgura.

Three courses run. The ten-day Master Barber course runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 in groups of four to six, structured so that days one to four are on training heads, days five to nine are on live models, and day ten covers cut-throat shaving, a sensible progression. Content covers classic and creative scissor work, scissor over comb, clipper fading and blending, styling and finishing, client consultation and product knowledge. A one-day Clipper and Fade course targets working barbers and hairdressers wanting to advance their clipper work, and a Luxury Wet Shave course covers hot towel shaving. A full kit list is published and student kits are available to use during the course. Two gaps to note: no fees and no intake dates are published, and unlike AF&Co this academy holds no MFHEA licence and states no MQF level, so the award is its own certificate.
