Hinton Barber and Beauty College

Hinton Barber and Beauty College is a barbering-focused school on Tennessee Street in Vallejo, California. Its main offering is a 1,000-clock-hour barbering program, listed as roughly 28.5 weeks of full-time study at 35 hours per week, covering haircutting, shaving, sanitation and hygiene, shampooing, massaging, facials, hair coloring, relaxing and waving, hairpieces, shop management, and the laws and regulations governing the trade. Training leads to licensure through the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
