It is not a beauty school: it is the training centre of a Moldovan state public institution, the Office for Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Construction and Housing, whose course catalogue is dominated by construction and industrial trades, welders, crane operators, excavator drivers, plumbers, riggers, with hairdressing and barbering as one line among roughly twenty.

It earns its place here because it is the only Moldovan provider in this directory issuing a genuinely state-recognised document. Frizer runs as a standalone 240-hour qualification worth 8 credits over two months, so barbering is available on its own rather than only as half of a combined course; a separate Coafor programme runs 210 hours, and a combined route runs 390 hours over three and a half months. Teaching is daily, Monday to Friday, four hours a day, at Sarmizegetusa Street in the Botanica district. Graduates receive a certificate of professional competence.
