The Instituto Argentino de Barbería teaches from Avenida Cabildo in Belgrano, Buenos Aires, with branches in Morón, Lanús, Bella Vista and San Fernando plus locations in Rosario, Salta and San Luis, the widest national footprint of any Argentine provider here.

Two levels run, an initial N1 and a follow-on N2, in three formats: three weeks, one month or two months. Timetables cover Tuesday and Thursday two-hour sessions, Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions of two to four hours, and various Saturday slots. Prices range roughly from 20,000 to 100,000 pesos depending on the format chosen. A freephone enrolment line operates alongside the branch numbers.

Two claims need reading carefully. Graduates receive a diploma and what the institute calls an official registration, that register is the institute’s own, not a state one, and no education ministry registration is claimed anywhere. And the site describes itself as the only barbering institute in the country, which is plainly not the case given the other Argentine providers listed alongside it. The training may well be good; the marketing simply overstates.
