MC College is a private career college with campuses across Western Canada, including Calgary on 7 Avenue SW. The college’s own programme description puts the barbering course at roughly four to five months depending on campus. Content covers foundational cuts, layered and square forms, tapers, fades, texturing, graduation and razor sculpting, along with long and short beard sculpting, goatee and moustache design, face shaving, shampooing, conditioning, scalp massage, blow drying and product styling, facials and waxing, and business topics such as client building and salon operations.
