Miami Barber Institute
Miami Barber Institute is located on Southwest 112th Avenue in Miami, Florida, and offers four barbering options: a Barber Program running 36 weeks, a Restricted Barber Program running 24 weeks, a 900-hour Barber Hybrid Program, and a 600-hour Restricted Barber Hybrid Program. The hybrid formats combine online coursework with hands-on training. Graduates are prepared to sit for the Florida barber license examination.
The institute is licensed by the State of Florida Commission for Independent Education and accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education. It is also approved to provide veteran training under the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Both daytime and evening classes are available.
