Paul Mitchell The School Tampa

Paul Mitchell The School Tampa is located at Citrus Park Town Center in Tampa, Florida, and offers barbering alongside cosmetology. The barbering program is listed at 900 clock hours and is organized into three levels: Core, covering foundational theory and technique; Adaptive, in which students practice on live models in a barbershop-style clinic; and Creative, in which students work independently, develop speed, build a portfolio and prepare for the Florida state board examination. Instruction covers haircutting, chemical services such as color and texture work, shaving and men’s grooming, skin care and hairpiece maintenance.

Full-time and part-time barber transfer tracks are published, with start dates running from August through December 2026. The campus is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences and holds a Florida Commission for Independent Education license by means of accreditation.
