A significant correction: this centre is in Las Sabanas in the department of Madriz, not Managua as older directory data recorded, a rural northern municipality several hours from the capital. If you were planning around a Managua location, that changes things entirely.
INATEC is Nicaragua’s national technical education body, operating 71 centres nationwide, and its training is free. This centre lists Corte de Cabello y Barbería among its short capacity-building courses, alongside office skills, coffee, beauty and food agroindustry, plus longer technical careers in computing and construction. As public provision, the credential is a national one rather than a private certificate.
Two things are not published: the course duration and the hours. Both need establishing with the centre directly, as does the intake schedule, free public courses in Nicaragua typically run to fixed cohorts rather than rolling enrolment. The listing URL has also been corrected; the previous one returned a not-found error.
