Victorian International Academy

Victorian International Academy is a Melbourne training provider registered on the national training register under the legal entity Benleader Pty Ltd, RTO code 22511. Its scope covers hairdressing and barbering qualifications, and as a registered training organisation it is able to issue nationally recognised credentials rather than in-house certificates. The academy also enrols international students alongside domestic ones.

Barbering training at this level covers clipper and scissor work, fading and tapering, beard shaping, shaving with a razor, hair and scalp treatment, client consultation, and the infection control and workplace health and safety requirements that apply to commercial barbershops, with practical hours completed in a training salon environment.
