Victory Career College

Victory Career College trains barbering students on East Carson Plaza Drive in Carson, California. The school appears on the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology’s approved school list and is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences. Its barbering course runs 1,000 clock hours, the state requirement for barber licensure, and is currently delivered in a blended format that the 2025 catalog describes as 50 percent distance education and 50 percent on campus; the fully on-campus version of the barbering program is listed as inactive in that catalog.

A 200-hour barber crossover course is available to licensed cosmetologists.
