West Park Barber School

West Park Barber School is located on Rocky River Drive in the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Founded by West Park Barber Shop owner Patrick Burke, the school opened in 2024 in a converted dental laboratory and has a main clinic floor of 29 stations alongside classroom and demonstration space. Local news coverage in December 2025 reported that the school had graduated its first class and was enrolling a new group.

The school offers a barber program of 1,800 clock hours, the training Ohio requires for barber licensure, and a 1,000-hour crossover program for currently licensed Ohio cosmetologists. Instruction covers barbering technique, sanitation, customer service, business management and professional ethics, and prepares students for the written and practical portions of the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board examination. Current students provide barber services to the public on the clinic floor.
